Do you have a price list?

We do indeed! Please find our price list here (pdf).

 

Can we have any of your designs in One or Two colour?

Yes, all of our designs have been designed with this in mind, just let us know which and how many colours you want to incorporate and we can work this into the design.

 

Can we have a colour that’s not included in your colour palette?

Yes, we mix all our own inks here at Cherry Press. All we would need is a Pantone reference and hey presto! *bespoke ink mixes are charged at £15 per mix.

 

Will the print colour be the same as it is on my screen?

Screen and print colour are two very different beasts! To get a true representation of the colour you have chosen, we recommend viewing your chosen colour in a Pantone Solid Uncoated swatch. If you need the Pantone reference number for your colour, just let us know.

 

Can we have our stationery on a coloured sheet?

Yes, we have a wide and varied number of sheets available so just let us know when placing your order.

How many invitations should we order?

This is very important. It’s easier and far cheaper to order more than to find out you haven’t enough and need to do a re-run. We generally advise on ordering 60% of your total number of guests as you are sending to couples and singles. This should also allow for keepsakes and any last minute invites.

 

What is the turn around time?

Once we have received your order and payment, we will then email the design proof(s) across to you within 1-3 working days. Our original quotation incorporates two sets of author amendments, so we can ensure that your design is just right. Any additional alterations will be charged at £15 each. Our standard turnaround is 7-10 working days from when we receive your approval together with your final payment. If you need your order sooner, please let us know asap – we can then upgrade your order to our express service and advise you of any additional charges.

 

How will our stationery be shipped?

All of our stationery is shipped on a fully tracked next day service with Royal Mail or other Next Day Courier service. Please be aware that all shipments will require a signature on delivery.

 

How do we pay for our stationery?

Full payment details will be available on the invoice. We currently accept payment via BACs or personal cheque.

 

We live overseas, Can you ship Internationally?

We can indeed! Just let us know when placing your order and we can advise on costings.

 

Can we have the printing plates used for our stationery?

Of course! Just be sure to let us know you would like them and we’ll include them when packing.
